I haven’t posted anything for a while and I’m sorry reason being I became focused on loosing weight more because looking at thinspos made me depressed and wishing I had a perfect body which made me binge and binging leads to purging/ starving. Anyway I think it’s about time I leave tumblr but remember to stay strong beautiful and keep going ur almost there xxxx

ive never really had trouble with my stomach just big thinghs but in my opinion i’d say planks and leg lifts and for thighs i’d say squat, jumping jacks, burpees and wall sits :)
